How long does delivery take from the time I order?
Most items ship within 48 hours of order. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and generally ship within three business days. Items that have a delayed shipping time are noted in the product description.
What method of shipping do you use?
Next to product quality and customer service, shipping is our top priority. It is critical to us that you receive your item timely and in good condition. We use UPS this gives us the ability to insure and track each package we ship. On occasion we may also use the United States Postal Service Express, Priority or First Class Mail or another major carrier such as FedEx or DHL.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax if shipping within the state of New Jersey. Items picked up at our location also will incur NJ State Sales Tax of 7%.
Canadian or other foreign customers are responsible for duty or sales tax
Do you have a return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days from date of receipt. Please email for a Return Authorization number which must accompany your package. All items must be returned in new unused, unworn, unaltered condition. We will happily exchange or issue a refund or credit for your purchase minus shipping charges (while shipping for your purchase may have been free, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the original purchase price.)
All returned items must be packed carefully in their original boxing. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. Please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value). Items not authorized for return, beyond our return policy or missing documentation or pieces will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Personalized items are not returnable.
How do I check my order status?

Can I request a printed catalog?
The website offers you access to our dynamic online catalog that is always up to date. Due to our ever changing inventory, Jeanne-Maries does not offer a printed catalog.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, at this time we don't sell wholesale.
